Yes, we do. We have a human that can be on the phone to provide support for the questions that you have. But remember, we are an innovation company so we might have one of our autobots answer the phone first before transferring you to a human.
What is the difference between the different packages?
The short answer is data (or words). We leverage an A.I. application programming interface to provide the data for your automation process(es) and therefore incur a costs associated with this process. Imagine is we wrote a 1,000 word blog post for your website, this will take processing and that is why each package comes with a certain level of words alocated to achieve these processes.
